An one-time mental patient tried yesterday to ram the Blue House press building in a car he had set ablaze, but he ran into an adjoining flower bed instead. Blue House security guards arrested the driver and handed him over to police.

| Man, there are alot of former mental patients causing trouble in Korea these days. Could it be that they are letting them out a little early? |

Any person who is arrested in this country is mentally disturbed, so anyone released from jail is a mental patient.  |

This man's particular beef with the Noh administration was that he was being harassed for unpaid parking tickets.
