Who do you think are great bike mechanics and where are they located?

What are some of the better places to shop for riding gear?

I'm still looking for a good mechanic but I have found a good shop for gear.

Location: Chungmuro (sp?) main strip, about 8 or 9 shops up from the main intersection.

Nice guy, seems to really care about his customers. Bought a HJC full face for less than the online stores; good gloves; pants; and jacket. The pants and the jacket contain armor and actually fit me and I'm no lightweight!

If you have any good mechanics and/or bike shops worth a mention please list them here.

Thanks in advance,

This mechanic is in Gumi, near Daegu. He works on big bikes, and domestic. 011 547 0029. (054) 472 2900. You'll need to speak Korean over the phone.

This mechanic works on offroad bikes in Seoul. 011-724-8994
(02) 745 5764. You'll need to speak Korean over the phone.

I know a good mechanic in Pusan, but have the number 'on file'. That is, it's 'lost but can be found, is somewhere for the digging'.
