| Are Magic cards available in Seoul? If so, where? Central Seoul or department stores are what I'm looking for. I'm talking about the game, not trick cards. |

| The one I know of is in Seoul. You take the subway to Seoul National University of Education (Green line). Find exit 13 and go out. As soon as you get out of the exit, make a "U" turn and walk over to the Starbucks. Make a right and walk straight for a couple of blocks (3 or 4) - you'll pass a Tom Toms coffee. The store is called Inter Hobby and it'll be on your left. |

...Wow...M:tg. I got out of that around...Mirrodin? I think it was just after the Asian-themed set that I completely quit.
I'm always really surprised that it never caught on big in Korea, but I think it became popular around the Asian fiscal crisis, so I doubt people had money for cards back then.
Anyway, who are you going to play with? Just curious, last thing I need is a money draining hobby. |

I don't really play anymore. I want them for a novelty item and to send some old friends. |

I play MTG casually. I started in January of 1994, 6 months after the game was first released. It's still fun now after all these years.
I have also played L5R a little. That was a fantastic game. Excellent setting and really fun I thought. The LSD deck was great. |
