Would you support these new guidelines to get a working visa in Korea?

Would you support these new guidelines to get visas in Korea?

Let's just assume for argument's sakes that the Korean gov't or the potential employer has to pay for it.

If immigration wanted sealed copies of them for my file I would have no problem submitting either. If you wanted to take up residency in Canada, the US, the UK, AUS or NZ you have to submit criminal record checks and in many cases a medical as well.

It is NOT my employers business to know those things about me (especially since there is NO privacy in a school - public or private) ergo I would NOT support the employers request for same.

I don't know about the medical, I'd rather keep that privacy, but I'd definately agree to the background check. The better to keep out wackos.
