Pick up a bottle of Jack Daniels at the drive-thru window and they'll give you a cup of ice to go with it if you ask.

( I saw the story on CNN and while they don't give the owner's name, he seems to be a Korean aujulshi, based on look, accent, manner.)

Apparently this has sparked a disagreement about what the law would be on this. The dealers' association are saying they can sell ice, cups or bags, while the state attorney is saying liqour stores can sell only bags fo ice.

And people who want to drink and drive are going to, cup of ice or not.

Still, . . come on ! A little common sense ! If only for the image / impression.

It is, after all, a DRIVE thru.

Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms

Should be a convenience store, not a government agency.
