I have been feeling deprived of my regular cardio routine since arriving here. I joined a gym, only to find that their "aerobics" program consists of a flashdance inspired, impossible to follow dance program that everyone seems to know the moves to but me...and lacking ANY instruction from the teacher. *sighs*
I know there is a Bally's at Bexco, however that is almost an hour away by subwayfor me (I am near Gaegeum). Can anyonn recommend a place with a decent step class? I was doing Les Mills classes in Canada before I left, BodyStep and BodyAttack, so I am looking for soemthing challenging and with plenty of instruction until I get the hang of the new moves. Can anyone please help?
