Somehow, looking at those feet, I'm thinking the camp sex might be hard sell...but the trip sounds cool.

How many people are going?
Too bloody many...and a good percentage of them drunken losers...
I miss the good old days when only the truly adventurous and hip people (all ten of us...) used to know about Tokcheokdo and go there for a real island getaway.
It's too well known now and too close to Seoul, so naturally the fuckwits have access to it along with the decent folks...
Definitely not what it used to be... |

Word. That's why I go to some of the lesser known, harder to get to places now. The last time I was at Deokjokdo it was like being at Geckos on a Saturday night. Crap. |

?Actually, it's quite famous among Koreans for fishing. So, yes. And there is a lot of fresh fish being brought in to the town every day. So, yes, I think so. |

I went to Deokjeok-do a couple of years ago and had a very nice time. Lots of foreigners and a pretty good beach party.
I also remember hot western girls in skimpy beach wear. I had forgotten the sexiness of western women.
But, then again, I did snap this pic of a local girl

That was a good trip. Nice weather, volleyball, booze, fire, marshmallows, etc. etc. Not a lot of road to bike, but the hills made up for it. When is the September trip planned for? |

It was a spectacular time! Beach volleyball was a riot! No one took it too seriously. Lots of fun and plenty of beer sips while someone went to find a wandering ball. Lovely sand.
Great food and the bondfire was awesome! A few kiwis did this fire baton juggling. Very cool! I think the next one will be Chusok, but we're hoping to do it again during the summer. My wife really had a blast! She said that she felt like she was back in Canadia!! |
