Hi-
Not exactly your area - but this guy is almost native-level fluent, and has studied abroad. He's located about 1 min walking distance from Hongkik uni station.

I went to him for a consultation, and found him to be quite knowledgable and cool.

www.tengteng.com - they have a q&a section on the website where you can post queries about prices and such in English.
