-mom and pop
-elementary, middle, highschool, university
-tv
-hollywood movies
-national history and pride |

Ah, yes, and this exchange brings up yet another reason:
People believe the wrong things simply because they are argumentative. Some people -- especially lawyers -- dont really know anything. They just win arguments. They dont believe anything or not believe anything. They just try to win. |

The part about not even being able to assess your own biases really does make it hard to consider that anyone really knows anything. Interesting, but what do you with that? Just carry on? |
