This maybe belong to off topic forum, but I may have better advice/quick answer here, so I am posting here.

One of my properties, I own with my relative in America, the ownership is JWROS.
I want to sale this property ( This property gave us a lots headache ), but the another owner doesn't want to sale.

Is there anyway I can push her to sale ?
The main reason I want to sale is I need the money ( This property is alreay paid off ).

Can I take this matter to a lawyer and a lawyer can push her to sale ?
I already suggested her to buy my share which is 50 % of value, but she seems not interesting.

What's my option ?

Hi Miss Seoul! I have some great advice for you, first of all, America is not Korea. Americans don't like to be pushed. America is not a korean subway, so please, don't push anyone. Why don't you just move back to kimchi land, sounds like you are a pushy person. Embarassed

Sell your share.... that is always an option in a partnership arrangement (new partner subject to approval of the remaining partner).

I agree...just sell your half of the property and wash your hands of it.

But make sure the other half knows of the sale before you put it up, or else they can sue you for breach of contract.

But you can get a lawyer to negotiate the sale between you, the potential buyer and the other owner. Just make sure you are selling your stake and all the assets related to the property.
I am not sure myself if you can arbitrarily sell your half. Consult a lawyer on that issue...

Didn't you post a few months back that you won a million in Las Vegas? Go through that money already? Gee, I forgot that you're just a big liar.

You should have a right of first refusal clause in your contract.

Oh, crap I'm responding to a known troll.

Ask the other owners to buy you out. If they refuse, tell them you'll bring a few friends back from Korea and turn the place into a rub and tug. Either way you'll make some money.

Kindly Miss Seoul -

Although you are living in America, you are Korean and the answer to your problem is reall quite simple.

If your relative in America is your 'senior', you must respect and obey their wishes.

If, on the other hand, your relative is your 'junior', they must respect and obey your wishes.

If you decide to torch the place, use a butane lighter and only one point origin preferably near an electric appliance.

Make sure the place is empty.
