I like George Carlin, but I find it strange that a man who wears a pony tail feels fit to give others advice.

Carlin has been doing that religion stand-up since the 80's. I'm a massive fan of his. One of the funniest stand-ups is when he talks about how he hates guys called Todd and guys with gay names.

For laughing at religion check out Ricky Gervais on creationism

Yeah, creationism is the joke, not science. Stupid people having something to believe in, what a bunch of idiots they are Very Happy

I've never really listened to Carlin, though I'm a big fan of stand-up. I'm listening to the OP's link now as I type this, and I have to say it's not that great as far as religion bashing goes.

If you want hysterinomical commentary on religion check out David Cross's CD Shut Up, You F*cking Baby!, or anything on Mr. Show he and Bob Odenkirk did about it, such as the Satanic church. Unbelievable skit that was.

Here are some links:

David's stand-up, a few stories: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=64XWghZrsoE

Mr. Show's Satan Church skit: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NCiTlMrMAhU

Enjoy!
