Ok to my point I need help finding websites in english that have upcoming events / performances ectectect. Like recently there was some sort of University festival in Hyehwa I stumbled across and had a terrific time.
I heard last weekend there was a Jazz festival and I am fuming mad that I missed it..
Thanks in advance everyone |

There are a lot of non-teachers who use this board.
The International Herald Tribune, on Thursdays, in the Joong Ang Daily English language supplement, lists hundreds of cultural, arts, music, theater, and social events happening in Seoul and environs. |

You can also check with the KNTO (Korean National Tourism Organization) by calling 1330 (02-1330 from a cell phone) or on their website.
http://www.tour2korea.com/
they also have a few offices scattered around Seoul (Itaewon and Insadong to name 2) and each province maintains branch offices close to tourist places (like the ones at Suwon station and Jangan Mun (north gate of the walled city) in Suwon).
