Have you completed your year of service?
But I'm also wondering about the hours. It says this is for workers who put in 40 hours a week. Most of us only work 30. |

The website just states the maximum working hours. It doesn't state that this applies to people who work at least 40 hours.
I want to know if these same laws apply to foreigners. |

YES THEY DO and like most hakwon workers you are getting screwed. |

WOW. That is good to know. My boss is going to hate me even more come Monday. Although, I thought about waiting until the end of my contract and telling them they must pay me for unused vacation days they failed to mention are required by law. I would have never even bothered to check this out if my boss had treated me with a little bit of respect. |
