Maybe a few of you will be as psyched about this as I was. There's an arty movie theater in Gangnam, right across from the Nonhyeon Station bus stop. Right now it's showing The Lives of Others (German with Korean subtitles), The Sea Inside (Spanish with Korean subs) and Pirates of the Caribbean 3 (maybe you've heard of it? kind of an indy flick). I'm not sure if there's other movies playing there, couldn't find anyone who spoke any English. Worth keeping an eye on though, I did see some posters for non-mainstream English movies. |

Yeah, I was there Friday night! I saw The Lives of Others. Good movie. The rustic atmosphere of the old theatre was kinda cool, too. |
