I have looked around a bit and not been able to find an answer to this question:

Is Korean viewed by the labor board to be the governing language in contracts?

If a contract clearly states that English is the governing language, will the labor board abide by that, or would an affirmative to the above stated question contravene an English as the governing language clause in a contract?

Can your employer make you feel warm and safe by saying English is the governing language, knowing full well that at any later labor board hearing the Korean version will carry the day? It seems unlikely to me, given the very nature of contract law, but I need a little help proving it from a more definitive and authoratative source than my own good sense.
