Do not go gently into that good night, Miss Hilton.
Rage, rage against the dying of the light....
Do not let them turn off your cell lights at ten,
Do not let them Sam I am....
"When you walk through a storm hold your head up high
And don't be afraid of the dark....
You'll never walk alone"
At least not after roll call at 6 a.m. Oh, wait, cheer up there now. You're in a part of the prison for special cases. So you get two more hours of shut-eye.
Sing after me now, just once for Frankie Valli,
"Big girls dont cry-yi-yi...
Big girls dont cry..."
Just think, 23 days without once having to talk to Nicole Ritchie about her weight loss or her father's pimping ways.
23 days of freedom from the paparazzi. Oh, wait, I'm sorry. How crass of me. That will ouch now won't it. Er--
23 days without once having to run into Kevin Federline or Justin Timberlake or Ryan Seacrest or your daddy's attorney.
Yes, we know you had to pay $1,500 in fines, the cost of a new dress. But think of all the money you'll save-er-think of all the money you can't spend while your behind bars. Why, when you get out, you'll be rich, I mean richer! I mean, you can go shopping again. Surely they'll have built another new mall by then, twinkletoes!
Be brave, be true. Brace yourself against the cruel Fate that has befallen you. When you hear the trains on the nearby tracks, imagine it's you moaning for yet another homemade video.
Yes, lass, we know you're "really scared." Who wouldn't be under such dire circumstances.
But remember when hope seems dim, when the CDs have been played out, that you're a Hilton. The granddaughter of Conrad Hilton.
La-la Land is only five miles away. Why, you've walked that far in...in...well, o.k., you've never walked that far, but...
you'll never walk alone,
at least not to the cafeteria to get some grits. Try the grits, sugar pie honey bunch. They'll stick to your gut. Intestinal fortitude is what you need.
Think of the mop in the corner of that disgusting bathroom that...that...that has ohmygod stalls--as a dance partner.
Twirl your pearls and tap your toes, Miss Sunshine. Click your heels and before you know it you'll be back to the Land of Oz--the good little witch once again.
Yes, we heard you tell the reporters, "I'm trying to be strong right now."
Oh, do be strong. And do curl your own hair. And do eat those dried up pieces of breaded Salisbury steak. And...and...do keep your darling chin up. And remember to find the love within...
"I've found the greatest love of all
inside of me."
In three weeks you can bust that joint and really cut loose and tie one on. Only let your attorney do the driving next time, huh? |

Let me get this straight. You are happy here. I see. In your eyes the Blind Lady of Justice, cold and personal, setting out punishments equally to people regardless of their status, fame, money etc is just a quaint little notion. A dinosaur. Bring on the new legal system: lets teach people a lesson by handing out penalties that are unusually harsh because the judge wants to make a name for herself. |

It's a satire. Do you know what satire is? Oh, wait, let me guess. When the class was reading Gulliver's Travels in high school you kept asking the teacher why Swift kept writing after the first 20 pages. I can hear it now,
"Uh, teach, we know he's on an island with these small people. O.k. so now what? He should just squash them like bugs and build a boat and get out of there. It's a monarchy, not a democracy...." |

I know its a satire. Poorly written. The real issue that deserves to be the target of your satire is the unusually harsh sentence she received. You however chose to satire only Hilton's life as a rich celebrity. sorry McGarrette, you are no Swift. I bet you think you are but seriously, you keep missing the obvious points in every post you make. Its actually quite a pathetic sight.
In all seriousness I would consider this a serious matter not one to be made fun of. Once you reach your stated goal of being the most edumacated being in the history of the multiverse you too may become the target of celebrity seeking judges. Think of that Stevarooni. And keep those correspondence "degrees" rolling in, Im sure once you have 30 of them you wont feel like a failure next to a REAL Ph.D. (you know, in something like science for example not TEFL) |

Hey, very good. Keep penning verse and before you know it you'll have an imagist poem of ten lines.
Joyce Kilmer would be proud of you.
"I think I've never seen anything as lovely as a tree..." |

Hey, where are the emoticons?
Grade: B-
Contrived couplets but some are rather clever. You're almost ready for a BA Creative Writing program. Keep up the good work. |

there's nothing harsh about her sentence. she was brazen/arrogant. if you break probation for an offense it's a separate offense. there are people in my state serving 11 months and 29 days for the same. |
