Let me get this straight. You are happy here. I see. In your eyes the Blind Lady of Justice, cold and personal, setting out punishments equally to people regardless of their status, fame, money etc is just a quaint little notion. A dinosaur. Bring on the new legal system: lets teach people a lesson by handing out penalties that are unusually harsh because the judge wants to make a name for herself.

there's nothing harsh about her sentence. she was brazen/arrogant. if you break probation for an offense it's a separate offense. there are people in my state serving 11 months and 29 days for the same.
