Here is the situation. I am at a school which is a regular school (private but same as public elementary) Contract is up in August but July is all paid holidays and guaranteed bonuses. Can a school cancel a visa early to avoid paying GUARANTEED BONUSES? I have checked EFL Law and have received little viable information. |

No. Why do you ask, have they threatened to?
I expect you might be required to show up in person at the end of the contract though (ie not just go home early). |

It is illegal and the labor board frowns on 11th month terminations for that very reason - schools trying to skip out on their obligations.
They will assist you if that is the case.
