Here is the situation. I am at a school which is a regular school (private but same as public elementary) Contract is up in August but July is all paid holidays and guaranteed bonuses. Can a school cancel a visa early to avoid paying GUARANTEED BONUSES? I have checked EFL Law and have received little viable information.

No. Why do you ask, have they threatened to?

I expect you might be required to show up in person at the end of the contract though (ie not just go home early).

It is illegal and the labor board frowns on 11th month terminations for that very reason - schools trying to skip out on their obligations.

They will assist you if that is the case.

1350 from a land line and 02-1350 from your cell - wait for the menu and press 7 for English service.
