|
|
| I'll probably be sending all of my visa documents off to my school tomorrow. If my choices are UPS or FedEx, are there any clear reasons to choose one over the other? The nearest FedEx is 40 minutes away, but there's a UPS here in town, so I figured I'd just go there. Should that be okay? |

| I was told (by a mail company that used UPS, DHL and FedEx) that when sending documents internationally, FedEx is the cheapest by far. It cost me about $35 to send all my stuff over here. |

Go to the post office and use EMS. The time is the same and the cost is less than 1/2.
The othere just use a subcontractor for the deliveries when the package gets here so there is NO real speed advantage.
The quality of service and tracking/tracing is the same. |

| I agree. EMS is the cheapest for the same service as UPS and FEDEX. |

| After getting some quotes online, EMS (now called EMI, apparently) does seem like it'll be the best way to go. Thanks for the tip. |
