All kinds of interesting stuff, who's moving up, and who's moving down as far as stability goes.

Number 1 scary thing: there's a country worse than Iraq

Number 2 scary thing: America is not in the most stable category....

I like that they have a section called "There Goes the Neighborhood". If you can't laugh at human misery and slaughter, then what can you laugh at? (I don't meant that sarcastically. I think when you're dealing with an endless parade of warlords trying to grab as much as they can of their own nation's wealth and the endless flow of foreign aid, you probably develop a pretty evil sense of humor... akin to emergency room staff.)
