Hello every body.

I am looking to travel to Korea in September 2007.
I would be interested to know what the current prices are for renting a two bedroom apartment in Anyang.

I under stand there are two systems

1. Key money which is returned on leaving (larger amount of money)
2. Key money (smaller amount of money) and monthly rent

If you can give me an idea that would be great.

My house:

26 pyung (1pyung=3.3m sq.)

3 bed, villa style, 3rd floor walk up

Uiwang/Anyang border

70k down, no monthly rent

I believe the other system (2) is about 75% of (1) down and monthly will vary... should be able to get 3 or 400,000 per month. Your employer will pay that, but not the whole deposit- only up to about 10k.

Good luck.
