I see xylitol everywhere in Korea, but it is all gun, and I am not sure if they add stuff to their xylitol or not, because I only want the pure stuff without apple mint, a milk by-product or sugar added to it. Any ideas? It's pretty good stuff.

Yes indeed. I had never heard of it before coming to Korea. I didn't realize it had such benefits.

I've seen the powder available at the grocery section at Hyundai Department store at COEX.

Pricey.. Something like 20 bucks for a pound. It might be worth it if you're only planning on using it to sweeten ice tea to sip after meals or something. The dental benefits are well known...

Before I left the US, Trident came out with a gum that had Xylitol. It was the best gum I've ever had. They had some kind of orange/tropical flavor which is my favorite. The Watermelon one was good too, but the flavor didn't last as long.
