| This is in regards to a Dell laptop with a 6 cell ion battery. What kind of battery life can you expect once it becomes a couple of years old? The problem is that it drains very quickly and does not read the battery charge. Could the battery have reached the number of charges limit? Are you able to purchase new batteries in YongSan, and if so for how much? Thanks for any responses! |

| I am under the impression that a laptop battery will last for 3 years. Sounds like yours is dead. Take your laptop down to yongsan and see if they've got a replacement, try it out (a new battery should have a small charge in it) to make sure it is the battery not the machine. |
