Ok so I've decided that Tuesday is going to be my last day at my current job. I already have a new position that is going to pay me more moeny for half the hours, I don't have to worry about a visa issue since I've got an A-3

Now without getting into all the juicy details what type of comments would really have the best effect at expressing how much of a horrible person/boss my current director is?
When one of the korean teachers got fired she left and told her she was crazy and didn't deserve to have a school and she smiled, thanked her and waved so I need something with some real weight to it.

Why bother? You have a great new job lined up.
Just be grateful that you out of there and forget about her and that place and if anyone asks you about working there you can advise them against it.

Flashing your buttocks at her would be an escalation upon the other ex-teacher's parting gesture.
