I haven't really consumed whey, but I heard it is good protein. I saw some GNC, but it cost 150,000 won. That is nuts. Something like that shouldn't cost more than 40 dollars in the United States, I would think. Maybe 50 dollars, but not 150,000 won. Does Costco sell whey? Is there a very low sugar type available?
Thanks... |

Mass 119 is good. You can also go to Namdaemun and pick up protein powder for around 40,000 to 60,000 won. If you get a GNC gold card it lowers the price by 20%. It's still 120,000 won though. Far more than you need to pay. |

I go the Optimum Nutrition deal from the mass119 site... Two 10 lb. bags for 109,000. Mixes and tastes the best of any protein I've tried. One bag has 155 serves, 24g protein per serve... Hard to beat, IMO. |
