I bought this because I enjoy the bands Caribou and Fourtet, and they recommended this sound card as a very portable, inexpensive high quality audio solution. I mostly used it to live processing on other instruments on stage (laptop looping and effects off software)
the card has virtual outs, so it works with multi-out software (i think that applies to cubase, protools and logic more than my gear).
