Had a run in with dehydration in Cambodia, not something I would like to experience again. Does anyone know if you can get re-hydration powder/tablets in Korea? I checked out some hiking joints but they didn't have any. |

I suspect the reason no one has responded yet is because your question doesn't make much sense.
Rehdration in a tablet???
If you want to rehydrate, drink water.
I suppose you might be asking about electrolyte supplementation, or sodium/potassium tablets. If you are, don't take them! They are no longer normally recommended after you have become dehydrated, and can be very dangerous, or so I understand. They can mess up your blood pressure.
If you have been deprived of water and get back to civilization, drinking water is a good place to start. Or diluted unsweetened fruit juice. This will give you plenty of minerals. Alcohol and caffeine are not the best things, cause they are diuretics, but one cold beer or some ice tea probably wouldn't hurt.
After you've gotten some nourishment into your system, you may want extra salt and potassium. A banana is a good source of potassium. Salt is in all sorts of prepared foods, of course. Dried fruit and plenty of water is good, too.
Me, I'd go get a pizza and a pitcher of beer. |

AFN says just stay hydrated.
Drink 1 quart of water every hour, but no more than 12 quarts a day.
This is US Army guidance and I believe it. They have some experience with this... |

Sure re-hydrate means to add water. The tablets or sachets or powder contain electrolytes which cells use to regulate water and mineral balance.
The generally contain sodium chloride and potassium which is lost when you have diarrhea and sweat profusely.
Gastrolyte sachets should be part of everyone's travel first aid kit. |

Apparently gatorade is good too. I like the lemon (green) one. |
