Are obscene avatars allowed or just ignored by the mods.
Same with obscene images within posts and signatures.

Who would be the judge of what is obscene?
One man's obscenity may be just another man's tasteless humor.
Personally, I think the price of beef in Korea is obscene but have no problem with topless ladies dancing in the street.
