i read somewhere that they are illegal. why?

i also read about people being hired for after school programs, and then having to give over their bankbooks or PIN numbers to their recruiters...

My school has an "After School Program". That's what it's called. It's in school during 7th period. Money comes from BOE. Maybe 10 or 12 of 36 teachers have a class 4 days a week during that time. I get X won per class. About 20 classes per month...subtracting all the holidays and days off. It works out to about 17 classes... Lot's of dosh.
