|
|
I know I can order an iPod from the states, but I don't want to wait that long.
Yes, my CYON cell phone has an mp3 player, but it's all in Korean language.
Are there any mp3 players or cell phones here in Korea that have all English language instruction books?
Gracias |

Lots of them.
Make the trip to the nanjin arcade or son-in-plaza at yongsan. |

Tom:
Should I go to those places to get an 5th Gen ipod in English too? Or am I better off ordering online? I figure I might as well try to buy one here because it's going to be the same or more with shipping.
My color ipod just crashed for the second time, and I think I just want to get rid of it and get an upgraded one. |

The old blue market building across the tracks from yongsan station has a couple of LICENCED apple dealers as well as a Ipod only shop.
There is one on the 6-7th floor of yongsan station too.
Apple / Ipod pricing is too high for my tastes but to each their own. |

If you are buying retail at the I'Park mall in Yongsan station they will be a bit higher.
If you are buying from one of the wholesalers or distributers across the tracks they can be as much as 15% lower again than the on-line price with the same or better warranty.
Reliability is the same because they are the same products. |

Never leave the USB cord plugged into your MP3 player when you don't
need it to be and don't put it in your bag, backpack or pocket with the
usb cord plugged in. The USB plug acts as a lever that can crack the
inside of your player. I was lucky I could solder mine back together. |

How pricey are we talking? 400,000 won? |
