Howdy folks,
does anyone have leads on where to buy Vintage 35mm SLR cameras?
Any input as in which model and tips on buying one is appreciated.
Also quotes as on how much they cost.
I prefer the greater Seoul area.
Thanks alot! |

Namdaemun, south of city hall and just east of the gate you will find a bunch of shops with new and vintage SLRs (film and digital).
There is also a building inside the market itself that has about 20 vendors of vintage camera equipment but I can't remember exactly where it was (been a while since I was last there). |

I don't remember on which floor, but you'll find 35mm SLR cameras at Technomart also. There are a lot, but the best deals I found were with an old man who was also repairing cameras. I wish I could tell you more about the location of that guy inside Technomart, but I haven't been there for almost 2 years. |

What are you looking for? Old Leicas? That would probably cost you an arm and a leg. My brother-in-law has one of those old folding cameras (you know the kind, it looks like an accordion). He got it off one of his friends who is a photographer. It takes amazing pictures. |

I was interested in low priced, 10-20 year old SLRs, that still work and dont require batteries. |
