Ture. Although, the Spurs organization always seems to make good moves for the team. They don't have a "built to win now" mentality. Duncan still has about 5 good years left in him. Tony is just starting to show is potential. Manu is still in prime form. And, lets not forget their younger players who are now just starting to get some playing time.

But, Lebran will have his time.........it may not be with Cleveland, but he will shine.

that's new...every time they showed the river walk on TV, there were no spurs fans to be found....

i dunno, NBA finals ratings are down big time from a few years ago. i didn't watch 'em (maybe 10 mins total). more coverage of the US Open today than Game 4.

What were the ratings on the Pheonix/SA series? In a perfect world that would be the finals. Cleveland weren;t good enough to be there.

the spurs are such a boring team to watch...including good ol Big Fundamental Tim, who might just have the most unexciting (yet effective) game in the league.

But wait! Pheonix lost AGAIN.............(I don't understand the Pheonix bandwagon).

Clevelend WAS good enough to be there, just not good enough to win.

Yeah, I have never got the whole Phoenix bandwagon thing either. Shoot, Nash a back to back MVP with ZERO trips to the NBA Finals during that time. I don't get it.

I see you point........but.........what is wrong with having a paid professional athelete who does his job? What is wrong with having a paid pro athelete who does not get in trouble, does not make excuses, and does do some fancy dance everytime he scores (that's his job) or does something good?

He is a pretty good romodel if you ask me.

There is nothing wrong with a team that stays out of trouble, does not make escuses, and does not run around with their "bling bling" all the time. The Spurs are a professional team, and they act professional..........which is why people find them boring in this day and age.
