Because I'm stupid and value the advice of y'all over some fancy schmancy "doctor," I was wondering if someone could help me out.
Lately, when I do push-ups I get a headache that can only be described as hellish. Seriously, it's the worst pain I've ever felt. That hasn't stopped me from doing push-ups, however, because eventually the pain goes away. But lately the headaches have started to occur when I'm not doing push-ups, and I'm curious to know whether I might be seriously hurting myself.
If not, I can handle it. But if I'm going to have an anuerysm or something, I'll consider toning it down.
Also, my neighbor's dog is telling me to kill. Should I? |

| This sounds pretty obvious but it could and probably is 1 of 2 things. I would say a.) you're not breathing properly and enough when doing the pushups or b.) you need to hydrate more or c. ) both. I catch myself holding my breath often while doing pushups and situps and when I do I'll end up getting 1 hell of a headache. |
