A nice thought provoking presentation. You might be able to use it for discussion with adult students also.
What do you agree with??????

Do you have any others of your own?
Did you know that bee's pollen is the ONLY food that a person could eat their whole life, exclusively and suffer no ill effects from other than a little hair loss??
Did you know that 3 of 5 people on this planet have never used a telephone?

Cool presentation, but unless you are ready to pause it, it goes too fast. I was okay with it, but there is no way that any English learner can keep up. |

Most of the facts were about America in comparison to China and India. I was hoping for more random facts on other topics. Good idea though, and the facts that you had were mostly interesting, although they seemed to have a single message. |

Pretty cool.
I'm actually allergic to pollen. It makes me sneeze. I wonder if eating it would kill me? |

Formerflautist, this isn't the same as airborne pollens. not at all. So don't be worried. But did you know that this pollen is actually male sperm? Produced by a female flower......yeah, nature is wonderfully twisted.
This wasn't my own presentation and not really intended for L2 students. But I can see where it could be used. I got it off of teachertube....a branch of youtube that teachers should check out. www.teachertube.com Some cool stuff there for teaching. I like the Cat Chase. Simple and real. Other materials with handouts and all downloadable. I have a few other things in the video folder of my site from teachertube. Check it out.
