Hello people:

I really got my money's worth from my old June cell phone, which I picked up for about 30 bucks. I have a crapload of pics in its memory and I'll want to save the phonebook as well. But where do I go in Seoul to get the data burned to disc before I bin the phone? Thanks in advance.

for your pictures, you should have a cable that can connect your phone to your battery. after downloading the software specific to your phone, you should be able to download your pictures from your phone to your comp.

for your phonebook, if you bring your old phone along when buying your new phone, the people working at the store should be able to do it for you. i'm also pretty sure they can transfer your pictures too if you ask for it.

Last time I dumped a phone the clerk at the shop transferred everything over to the new one, took seconds.

I also got cash back for handing over my old phone, batteries, & recharger for them to dispose of -- 20 thousand won as I recall. Govt initiative to keep electronics out of landfills.
