i have been through there...
its claim to fame is it has the most nuclear power plants( 3 or 4) of anywhere in the country..
the coastline is pretty nice though but it is a long way from anywhere major.... |

| I've been thru Uljin on the motorbike going up, and down, the east coast road. It's a boonies sort of city/town by the sea. Do you want to live there? It wouldn't be so bad if you're into nature. I met some Korean guys there who were crazy about offroad-motorbiking, a 'boonies' thing to do. Beautiful seaside there, beaches all up the coast. |
