See I really enjoy this one bar but the bartender gives me crap whenever I go alone, calling me a drunk and the like, all in Korean of course. But the bar is a splendid affair with kittens and cheap beer. I wish I could go tonight. Crying or Very sad

But I'm only looking for weekday drinking buddies. Typically I'm out on the weekends. Anyone care to join me? We might even have a conversation or just stare listlessly into each other's eyes. Just don't tell my girlfriend/wife/boyfriend/fㅛckbuddy.

They have kitties there? Is it like a cat cafe with drinks? I'm so there!

sure- send me a pm. i asked the same question a ways back and got some friendly offers of heading out for a drink- tis about time i got off my duff and actually drank.

although i don't really feel like staring listlessly in another blokes eyes-my gf might take issue. anyways tho: booze, yes.

quinella- that "cat bar" definitely has some friendly cats...but it is not exactly a cat cafe- more like a well loved dive bar + well...cats. Very Happy

Well due to the response, do you guys wanna meet up? Like I said, I'm busy on the weekends but how about Thursday? Around 9.30 or so at the Burger King. The bar itself is towards the university but a bit difficult to find so I figure meeting beforehand would be better.

The bar itself is a hippie bar with no actual bar, just tables. Beer ranges from 2,000 to 3,000 for 500cc depending on the owner's mood/hangover. Probably pop over for some Busan odeng afterwards. Any takers?

If there's kitties, I'll go. But what's a good name for an allergy medication?

There are cats but no kittens at the moment. I think the medication you're looking for is called 소주 in Korean.

So, everybody, I'll be there in front of Burger King at 9.30. Probably hang around 10 minutes or so. If anyone wants my number PM me.

If you don't know where BK is, here's what you do. From Hyehwa station, exit 4, go down the walking street till you reach the end. There's a Family Mart there. Look across the street.

I guess if you're coming all the way from Thailand I can buy your first round.

You better check yourself before you wreck yourself. You know the Korean mafia reads this site and's gonna have some dudes waiting to gig you with a sharpened straw or a scythe. I'd bring a ball-bat with me, just in case, were I you.
