Don't know about FIFA but typically it takes being a Korean. And I don't mean that in a fucked up way, just that you need a Korean name and a Korean ID number. At least with Kart Rider/Sudden Attack/etc. you need to sign up using your name and ID number. But ARC numbers don't work or the name doesn't work or something. I usually end up using the PC bang's owner's login information to play, if they are trusting.
Cyworld is the only thing I've seen a way into, and that takes faxing them a copy of your ARC and then wading thru Korean. At least that's how it was made to seem last year when I tried. |

I know, even Maple Story, a game kinda popular in the States among nerds, redirects and is unplayable in Korea, not that I would know.
But in the States it's as simple as picking a name. The one thing you can try is using a proxy server to login. That could go thru the US or somewhere else that is easier to login to. |
