Are they illegal to buy or carry here? If so, does anyone know where I can find a collector's type of switchblade (not the big ugly ones)?

One of those slick little 'Rebel Without a Cause' ones? Yeah, I've picked up a few over the years, at the same street vendors who sell the big honking ugly camouflage ones named 'Eagle' and 'Warrior' and 'Stallone.' They're pretty low quality, the old school ones, but they do make good letter-openers. For some reason they don't pop up that much, but I see them about 5% of the time, when I stop to check out the knifeman's wares.
The legality of them, I don't know.
