| I was invited to the home of a former student. I would like to take something as a gift since they've invited me for dinner. What is customary to take to a Korean home? Soju? Fruit? Flowers? |

Fruit is always good, or a nice bottle of wine since you are having dinner. Can also take something from the bakery, like a nice cheese cake. Flowers or soju isn't something I would recommend though.

| Thanks! I think I'll pick up a nice fruit basket and wine at Lotte. I'll also take a couple things I have from my country. |
