I hadn't until today. For some reason, a popup window appeared (while my IE popup blocker was operating). I don't know what it was warning me about because I couldn't read it. Googled KISCOM and came up with this: http://www.singo.or.kr/english/internet119/introduction/
I'm very curious about what site I visited that prompted the popup, whether a machine or human was surveilling my internet activity, and whether K-government stormtroopers are going to pay me a visit any time soon.
Anyone got the lowdown on KISCOM? |
