Is there a direct bus from Incheon Airport to Wonju or do I need to go to Gangnam Express Bus Terminal and catch one from there? If there is one approximately how much is the one way fare?

Bus 8A (I think) goes from Incheon Airport to Wonju. Unless you arrive past 8:00 (the time of the last bus (i think)), you don't need to go to the Gangnam Terminal. The fare is around 12,000won. The bus goes from Incheon Airport to Gimpo Airport to Wonju, so it's a long trip.

Thanks cwemory and ttompatz. After my long, and near sleepless flight, I plan on sleeping during the bus trip. I can sleep on a bus but have a hard time on a plane. It is hard to sleep when you plane leaves in the day.
