I'm really excited about this!! I ordered a football and some flag belts from EBAY and they just arrived today. I've spent the last hour outside tossing the old pig skin around and playing a tiny little scrimmage. Next week the belts come out and we start playing the real thing, well at least as real as flag football can get...

The kids are picking up on the rules and are already calling fouls. "teacher he punch me!", yelled one boy while motioning towards his...

It's going to be a good summer, I can tell already.

I can only imagine trying to teach my students American football. When they play basketball it looks like a cross between basketball and rugby.

I spent like $56.00 or so. A big chunk of it was shipping though. I'm sure I could've found a football around here somewhere, but didn't want to waste my time digging, and I'm not sure about the belts; don't think they've transferred out of North America too far.

Yea, I taught flag football at my elementary school for 2 years. The belts are very important for safety.
