My P.S has just found a replacement for me.
I have worked here for 2 years, but she or he hasn't asked to speak to me.
Who takes a job these days without speaking to anybody who currently works there?
I am going to offer to chat to him or her, but I expect my kind offer will be declined.

Pardon me for asking, but would you give your school an unflattering write-up?

Declined by who, and why?

Does your school find its own FTs or does a government agency or school board place them?

I'm always amazed by how little use Koreans make of foreigners in the hiring process. They could really save themselves a great deal of future grief.

Well, my offer wasn't declined, but they will only pass on my details if the new foreign teacher asks to speak to me.

No, I wouldn't. My co-teachers are a great team of people it is just the admin which you have to be wary of and I want them to know that they will be sitting in an empty school doing nothing for 8 hours a day during the vacation.

It uses a recruitment agency. Well, that's how they found me.
