Is there somewhere in Seoul that teaches coffee making, roasting, grinding etc? I'm looking for a one-night-per-week type of deal. There seems to be academies for just about everything else here.

there actually is one in apkujeong, near exit 5 (starbucks).

i am pretty sure it's called gangnam coffee academy. i've always laughed that it existed. no idea if they give classes in english. probably not.
