| What's the deal with the TOEFL nowadays? Are most Koreans switching to the iBT? I'm looking to buy a decent book but I had no idea which one to get at Gyobo today. What's a decent book out there? I wanted to take a look at the DELTA series, but they didn't have it in stock. |

In the states we used the Northstar series from Pearson Longman. It's good because it addresses the iBT and has practice tests that include speaking. I found the material very interesting, but the prep was a little time consuming.
There are three levels, Intermediate, Upper-Intermediate, and Advanced. I wouldn't recommend these books for anything less than an Upper-Int class, however. |

| I guess what I'm looking for is a book that I can use to study up on. I would like to get a solid review of the grammar that's typically on the test, as well as the writing portion. From what I've read, the grammar section was removed from the test, but I'd still like to brush up on it in order to explain the rules effectively to the students. |

Northstar is a good start.
I wouldnt worry too much about grammar, it isnt one of the focal points. |
