I was having my prized afternoon siesta when one of those pesky fruit vans parked right outside my house. You know the ones with the megaphone recordings that with a Korean guy reciting some kind of warning of impending doom? Im all for them but this time im telling you the volume was set to 11.

I got up and walked out and through the espression of a man prematurely woken told him to *beep* off.

HAHAHAHA! This is the first time I have told anyone to do anything in this country, I was expecting WW4 but was I got was a startled look, a quick nod and an even faster scamper into his car before he took off down the road.

Yea, they need to get lost with their communist dictator sounding garbage megaphones and loud speakers. I often think, "gosh, someone needs to go out there and turn him off, he's annoying as phuck." I also remember then that this is accepted here and then I think, "why is it tolerated when they are intruding into your home?" Well, I guess it's just a different culture over in Asia.

I understand in China, loud speakers talk starts at 6:30 or 7:00 AM telling everyone it's time to get up and attend to their responsibilities as citizens of the great China on the rise!!! That would be really yucky. Totally communist style.

When the FBI tried to dislodge some lady(who relatives attempting to procure her land for the oil rights had convinced authorities she was mentally ill in order to have her committed) from her home through conventional means, they then resorted to playing Barry Manilow songs at full volume. Maybe J-pop would go down well here?
