Dear friends,
Please don't take the misogynistic, hateful bile to heart, and please don't leave. The place is improved by female posters, and I really hope you don't all bolt.
The misogyny thread, the anti-PC/heartfelt thread, and the rape thread have brought out an even higher degree of nastiness than is usual, I know. But it's just sophomoric rantings of the never-get-laid, for the most part...so if somebody says something vile, just take the piss out of them, yeah? And stick around!
The social scenes in this country all too often lack anything like a gender balance. That's standard. I for one hope this site doesn't get even more like that than it already is.

Yes, I know, but that's ok, I lost all my ganglia in a wood chipper some years ago anyway.
