All furnished. Available June 30th.
Deposit- 5,000,000 KRW
Monthly Rent - 340,000 KRW
Utilities / maintenance - 60,000 KRW per month
Utilities include water, internet, cable TV.
Electricity not included
5 minute walk to Line 2 train station.
Great weekend crash pad.

The rent term is for a year and your will get your deposit back at the end of your 1 year lease. It is however possible to move out before your 1 year lease is up. But if this is the case and you wish to have a full refund of your deposit, you need to find someone to take over so you are guaranteed a full deposit refund. You won't find a one room in the heart of Seoul for less than 500,000KRW now. This is a steal and ideal for one person and a guest. It's clean, modern and fully furnished with TV, bed, closet and refrigerator. Laundry is also available in the hallway for shared use. There is TGI Fridays, Burger King and a huge Krispy Kreme's Donut joint just around the corner and it's a 5 minute walk to the train station on line 2 which runs through Hongdae, Gangnam and Sinchon.
I had this place as a weekend crash pad on weekends while I was working out in the countryside. If you hang out in Seoul often and wish to have a regular place to stay, this is a great option. Check out the photos,
