| I would love to know what potential hogwan owners learn about hiring foreigners; we, as "teachers" do some research before coming (hopefully) so I'm sure hogwan owners also do research as to what to expect from their "foreign employees." anyone out there have any idea as to what channels and sources they might have? what do they expect? what are their pre-conceptions before venturing on the wonderful world of englishee education for the masses? |

They are told that FT's can be led by the nose. Very little else. j/k
They pay a lot of money for the franchise, get handed some books (if they're lucky) and they open their doors. That's my opinion anyway. |
