| Ok, so it hasn't been a full week at my new job since I pulled a "runner" at the old school but I CAN NOT believe the difference. I teach half the hours and make more money, my boss isn't the anti christ and my kids love me. I really hope the honey moon doesn't last!! |

Aren't you glad you're SOFA and don't have the problems that E2 teachers have to deal with when changing jobs? |

| Very! And after working at the old school I have a new appreciation for why people don't last here. The other teacher quit yesterday as well. (they will be finding this out today when she doesn't show up) |
